Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze employee performance improvement through work ethos with the influence of spiritual leadership of Islam, human relations, organizational support, workplace spirituality,organizational commitment. Population in this research is employees of Islamic Hospital Nahdlatul Ulama Demak which amounted to 68 people with respondent retrieval through purposive sampling techniquewith census method. Analyzer used is path analysis. From the result of data test by using SPSS, it is found that spiritual leadership of Islam, human relation, organizational support, workplace spirituality,organizational commitment have positive and significant effect to work ethic, meaning if spiritual leadership of Islam, human relation, organizational support, workplace spirituality, then it will increase the work ethic. Spiritual leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, meaning that if spiritual leadership and organizational commitment increase then it will improve employee performance. The work ethic variables are evident as intervening variables with the mediation of spiritual leadership of Islam, human relations, organizational support, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment to employee performance.Keywords:  Spiritual    leadership of Islam, human relations, organizational support, workplace    spirituality, organizational commitment, work ethic, employee performance.

Abstract

The actual meaning of the mosque is not limited to a place of prostration but all activities that draw closer to Allah. Mosques as one of the centers for fostering and developing Islamic societies occupy an important role in the process of social change and support the acceleration of development in modern societies, especially in developing spiritual aspects. Mosque prosperity is not only limited to physical development in a state that is beautiful and as grand as possible, but also must be supported by the development of a broader understanding of the function and role of mosques as Islamic social  nstitutions. This  research  is  qualitative  research  by raising the phenomenon of mosques that carry out productive activities  in  order  to  prosper  the  community.  This  study  uses  a phenomenological approach. The object in this study was the Ummul Mu’minin Surabaya mosque. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation by making takmir and the community as key informants and key informants. The Ummul Mu’minin Mosque is able to maximize the function and role of the mosque optimally. The potential of a mosque that is so great as a place for solving problems in the economic field has been well proven. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and examine between the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation to human resources performance in an organization. This research used purposive sampling with 131 people as respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is questionnaires and interviews. Data analyzed by using SPSS 19 software with regression test to find out the determine of independent variable to dependent variable, independent variable to intervening variable and intervening variable to independent variable. Demonstrate that human resources performance can be improved by increasing the intensity of learning orientation, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. Learning orientation has a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. While emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. So in this research, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance.Keywords : emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation, human resources performance

Abstract

The problem in this research is the unimmunity of teacher performance of SD Negeri in Mejobo District Kudus Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and to know the influence of Islamic Leadership on Teacher Performance through Teacher Competence and Quality of Work Life of Elementary School Teachers. The population of this research is all elementary school teachers from 3 villages in Mejobo District Kudus Regency as many as 129 people. This study used 100 teachers as a sample with Purposive Random Sampling. Datas were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 and Eviews 9. The result of this research is Islamic Leadership, Teacher Competence, and Quality of Work Life positively influence to Teacher Performance. Based on data analysis only Quality of Work Life on Teacher Performance which has no significant effect. Teacher  competence and  Quality of Work Life can not be considered as intervening variable in this research.Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Quality of Work Life, Teacher  Competency, and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and the county of origin against the purchase intention in KFC Pandanaran Semarang with consumer attitudes as intervening variable. The population in this research is a college student of economic faculty of Islamic University of Sultan Agung. The technique of the sample with a purposive sampling method and incidental sampling.Samples taken as many as 100 collage students, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire.Data analysis using SPSS 23.0. The results showed that religiosity and country of origin has a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes. Country of origin and consumer attitudes has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention. Religiosity has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention. Consumer attitudes not as intervening variables between religiosity towards purchase intention and between the country of origin towards purchase intention.Keywords: Religiosity, Country of origin, Consumer attitudes, and Purchase intention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increase of cosmetic business (skin care) halal very rapidly. This can be seen from the many brands of halal skin care in companies that stand in Indonesia, especially in the city of Pati, among others: Tamara Skincare, Julie Skincare, Alzena Skincare, Derma Skincare, Vz Skincare, Sifra Skincare, Corpoderma and many more. The phenomenon of increasing consumer of halal beauty products at skin care clinic proves consumers are more religious in behaving to run as a Muslim, but in fact there are many cases that occur caused by the content of harmful substances in cosmetics that result in many skin diseases. By looking at the existing problems, this research is aimed to analyze how to improve consumer buying intention on kosher beauty cosmetics in Pati Regency through Religiusitas, Dimension of Ideology, Ritualistic, Intellectual, Experience, Consequences and Attitudes toward Halal Products. This research was conducted on consumers of halal beauty products in Pati City involving 200 respondents. The  sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Tests in this study using SPSS 16.0. The result showed that the variables of Religiusity, Ideology, Ritualistic, Intellectual, Experience have positive effect toward attitude toward halal product, consequence variable have negative effect toward attitude toward halal product, variability of religiosity have positive effect on buying intention, and attitude toward halal product have positive effect to halal products.Keywords : Religiosity, deological Dimension, Ritualistic Dimension, Intellectual Dimension, ExperienceDimension, Consequence Dimension, Attitudes toward Halal Products, Intention to Buy.

Abstract

The government established a Revolving Fund Management Institution (LPDB) which aims to help capitalize MSMEs by providing loan and financing assistance as needed. This study attempts to analyze effective MSME financing strategies to improve LPDB’s performance using the Analytic Hierarchy Process approach. The results show thatfrom the perspective ofgoals development, an increase in the workforce is considered more priority than a reduction in poverty and inequality. Meanwhile, from the perspective of the criteria for developing LPDB in Indonesia, the success of utilization is the priority compared to other criteria. From an alternative side, the form of a cooperative or Islamic cooperative is preferred over other forms.Keywords: LPDB Sharia, Small medium enterprises, Analytic Hierarchy Process
